Had an absolutely brilliant experience with Martin at Tech Medics. Quick phone call to get an idea of the problem, then I dropped the PC off and had it back two days later. Excellent communication throughout and an amazing job - so glad to have my desktop fixed.

Xbox one laser replacement. I had Purchased this console second hand and sadly it did not play the discs. Looking for a good local, family business I called Tech Medics who gave me a rough idea of issue and cost over the phone. I dropped it off late Monday afternoon ,it was fixed, collected and we were playing within 24 hours ! Great customer service, exceptional turnaround and a good price for a trusted repair. Thank you.

Fantastic service from both Martin and his wife, so pleased I found this company. Called this morning to see if they could take a look at my sons xbox that smelt like burning. Not only did Martin let me drop it in this morning, he also cleaned it, diagnosed the problem, carried out the necessary repair and had it all done so I could collect it this afternoon. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future. Thanks again.

Called Martin as he was recommended by a well known retailer as my son’s iPad’s home button wasn’t working. It was going to be very expensive to fix so he came up with a solution, so that we could continue to use it. A very friendly guy and knew exactly how to resolve the situation without costing me any money. (Although I did offer) as he used his time to help me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again if it’s ever needed! Thanks Martin!

Very Quick and Good at what they do go told the diagnosis of my new PC on Monday would be Thursday and The Tuesday found the Issue and picked up my PC fully working on the Thursday I was meant to find out what was wrong. Couldn't recommend Martin and his Wife any more Friendly, Reasonable Price, Quick to action and reliable.

Thank you so much for fixing my PC it's all up and running now!

Tremendous service from Martin at Tech Medics. Very quick assessment of my PC‘s problems, part ordered and fitted next day. Also had a well overdue clean up of the inside of the case so that the machine was returned in tip top condition. I took my laptop to martin after being told my another computer repair place that my laptop could not be fixed. Martin got it charging again and fixed all problems. And then even dropped it off to me. For a really good price. Martin and his wife are very friendly lovely people. I cannot thank you enough. My partner has now given Martin his pride and joy Dell. Please see attached photo. It is Terry's pride and joy that has been sat in the cupboard for over 10 years. It didn't work at all. Again martin worked his magic and had it all fixed and working within a couple of days. Terry is over the moon. It is now taking pride of place in his office. The outer case of the beast had got really sticky and martin suggested a product to use which terry got and has now spent all day cleaning and scraping. And now looks like new again. I was even given a bag of home grown tomatoes from Martins lovely wife. Again thank you so much. I would highly recommend this company x

Fantastic service
Dropped the nintendo switch off at 9 am Monday morning, was done by 4pm the same day.
Fast and reliable.
No hidden cost, was told a price and it stayed that price.
Very Friendly and explained what the problem was.

Brought my gaming laptop in today for cleaning and thermal paste as it was overheating. Within 3 hours it was handed back and is now running much smoother, and was 20 degrees cooler while gaming! Thank you very much Martin!

Contacted tech medics on Tuesday evening to get my Ps5 cleaned. They were incredibly helpful on the phone and I was able to drop of to them that evening as they were open until 8pm. Incredibly fast service and my PS5 was ready for collection by midday the next day! It's now quiet and seems to be just as fast as previous. Thanks for your service! I would highly recommend tech medics!

Needed some help retrieving data from a dead macbook pro.

He was very knowledgeable, and a decent guy.

PS5 brought in for HDMI port repair. Took less than 24hrs, very reasonable price - much cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere! Really friendly people, would recommend to anyone needing tech repair!

I recently enquired about fixing my PlayStation 5 hdmi port, it was one of the cheapest quotes I had. And for a small additional fee they cleaned the inside of the console. This work was all done in one day which was amazing as other places were 3-5 working days. I’m extremely happy with this service as I play my PlayStation daily. I would highly recommend this business, they delivered exactly.

Our ps5 hdmi port was broken, tech medics fixed this for us so quickly and at such a good price, because of further damage that I didn’t know about I called tech medics for help to which I was told to bring it straight back in and they fixed it again, with no charge in the same day… can not recommend highly enough

Very quick and effective service. I had an issue with the charging port on my laptop and it was fixed quickly. They offered pick-up and delivery free of charge. They also renewed the thermal paste and cleaned out my laptop as a bonus. I would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. Emailed in the evenint about an issue with my PS5 responded next morning and picked my console up pretty much straight away (as was in the area) repair completed same day and everything works perfectly! Fantastic service would reccomend!

Great service & advice from Martin at Tech Medics when my laptop failed to turn on. He quickly discovered the problem & although a repair wasn’t possible, he transferred all my data to a new laptop.
Excellent communication throughout the process.

What a legend! After being let down by another local tech fix company we dropped our switch to tech medics for a charging report repair. The repair was carried out to a perfect standard within less the 24hrs. Top notch service and would highly recommend them.

Dropped my sons Ps5 off on Monday morning as it was overheating/shutting down and also for a USB port replacement. Martin called me within 2 hours to say he'd checked the USB and it didn't need replacing which is very rare these days as many companies would just do it to get the extra income. Picked it up Tuesday morning fully serviced at a good price and couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Fantastic communication from Martin. Unbeknownst to me, my console had been previously looked at however Martin clearly explained what had been touched & what he would need to do to rectify. Pricing is very competitive too. The whole experience was excellent, highly recommended!

My ps5 was in a FIRE! but with only a deep clean he was able to get it fixed the same day I gave it to him, charging a lot less than others (inc sony repair) and he did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend

I was experiencing some issues with my custom built, gaming spec PC which I use in my business. I'd tried to resolve it already but was constantly getting 'not responding' when trying to type anything. I gave Martin a call and he said to drop the machine round. Have to say I was slightly nervous leaving my 'baby' in the hands of a stranger but his reviews spoke for themselves and he seemed knowledgeable and professional. The next day he gave me a call to explain the problem and gave me a few different options to solve it. The following day he'd completed the work and I collected my PC, which has been running absolutely perfectly since. So grateful for his quick work, as running my business from my laptop was hard work. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks Martin!

Martin diagnosed a problem with my painfully slow running laptop, explained it fully to me and provided a solution at a reaonable price with no hidden costs added on. He spent time on it to get it up and running again and it's now super-fast and I have the latest Windows 11. A real pleasure to deal with Martin and I have no hesitation in recomending him 5*

My son's Nintendo Switch developed a fault reading the SD card. Martin diagnosed a couple of potential causes, reattached a broken connector on the reader and allseemed fine. The following day a slightly different but associated error started happening, do I rang Martin who said without hesitations bring it back in. He completely replaced the Card Reader, fully tested the Switch and didn't charge for the additional time and labour.
I would (and have already) highly recommend Tech Medics for any console problems you might encounter

Amazing customer service and turnaround. Would highly recommend.
So glad I used this company, had a PlayStation 5 and my son could not get a picture on his monitor!!
It was out of warranty so feared the worst, Sony said £300 to help me.
Called up Tech Medics as they were local to ask if they could help, Martin knows his stuff (advised probably HDMI port) so had a few things to check. Dropped off on the Monday and picked up a repaired, working and very clean PS5 the next day! My son is so so happy and so am I, as it cost £80 for a new HDMI port instead of £300 for Sony to help!!!

Overdue review! Took my laptop to see Martin a few weeks as the drive was broken. Got it fixed in a day as well fixing a few other problems! Didn't recognise my laptop when he had fixed it, looked brand new! Would definitely recommend :)

Skilled technician with properly equipped workshop.
Knows what he’s doing and doesn’t charge a fortune, did an HDMI socket repair on a PS4 for me and did a good job, turned it around quickly (2 days) and didn’t charge a fortune.

Very happy with the service and I’d absolutely recommend the chap.

I have used Martin to repair various laptops over several years following a recommendation. He has just put in a new hard drive and extra RAM for me. As always the work was completed very quickly and at a very good price. My laptop now works like new!! Lovely, friendly man who is only too happy to answer questions and offer some very helpful tips regarding computing. Would not take my laptops anywhere else, First class service every time.

WE needed a replacement lap top as our old lap top had become very slow. Thanks to Tech Medics research in supplying a lap top that would best work for our company we now have an excellent piece of equipment. The care and attention provided with setting up the new lap top and the support provided has been first class. 1st Class personal service which is rare to find these days

I've used Techmedics on numerous occasions and for good reason. Not only is the customer service superb but Martin comes through again and again. From phones to laptops, he's fixed them all. He even managed to rescue our beloved photo albums from a corrupt hard drive. I highly recommend Techmedics. A thoroughly deserved five stars!

Repaired and replaced faulty HDMI port on PS4 and threw in additional TLC for this overworked piece of kit plus shiny new HDMI lead.All turned around very quickly and with a professionalism and competence that I would not hesitate to recommend. Will certainly be using Martin at Tech Medics as a go-to for technical support and repair...ps Martin, runs much cooler and quieter now you've sorted it ..thank you
